How attribution, commission, data and cookies work in the Caco America Affiliate Program.
How you get credit — lead registration & referral links
You can be credited for a customer in two ways, and every account is coded to a single affiliate in our CRM for full transparency.
- Lead registration (primary). Email the customer's name, contact and company to sales@cacoamerica.com. We confirm ownership and code the account to you in our CRM. Registered accounts stay coded to you regardless of any link activity.
- Referral link (self-serve). Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link. When a new customer arrives through it, a cookie stores your affiliate ID for a 30-day, last-click attribution window.
Precedence & fair use. If both apply, a CRM-registered/assigned account always takes precedence over link attribution. Self-referrals, bidding on our brand terms, cookie-stuffing, spam and unauthorized use of the GE or Caco America marks are not permitted and may void program benefits.
Commission & payment
- Up to 15% commission on GE safety helmets sold.
- Commission is calculated on net sales (excluding taxes and freight).
- Commission is disbursed once the customer's order is paid.
- Full-case orders are 10 helmets per case; freight is prepaid on orders over $1,500.
- Your end customers receive additional special pricing through you — an extra incentive to close.
Eligibility & onboarding
Participation is open to qualified sales reps and distributors and is subject to approval at Caco America's discretion. To activate your affiliate status and unlock partner pricing, we'll ask you to provide:
- A completed W-9 form.
- Your business details for account setup.
These are requested securely only after approval — never through the application form above. Once active, you'll receive a Google Drive kit with marketing assets, price lists and forms, plus FedEx Office access for printing and presentations.
Orders, pricing & samples
- All customer orders are prepaid. Accepted methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Zelle (Business) and ACH / wire transfer.
- Distributors may apply for credit terms (e.g. Net 30), extended after a credit review.
- You'll be provided both an end-user and a distributor price list.
- For opportunities of 40+ units, samples (typically 1–2 units) may be approved; the Guaranteed Try-Out (GTO) program is available for qualifying accounts. Smaller requests can be directed to Amazon. Sample requests: sales@cacoamerica.com.
Sales tax
Caco America LLC is a Florida-based company. Florida sales tax applies to orders shipped within Florida unless a valid resale certificate is provided. Out-of-state shipments are not subject to Florida sales tax; customers are responsible for any applicable use tax in their own state.
Transparency
Every registered customer is coded to you, with real-time visibility into quotes, orders, invoices and payments. All formal quotes are generated by Caco America and sent in writing. Our goal is a fully transparent, collaborative partnership.
Privacy & your data
When you submit the application form, we collect the details you enter — name, company, email, phone, territory, markets, experience, website and your message — to evaluate and administer your application and to contact you about the program.
- W-9 and business details are collected securely after approval, not through this form.
- Your information is stored in our CRM and shared only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. our Shopify store and email/CRM systems). We do not sell your data.
- We keep application data only as long as needed for the program or as required by law.
