All Caco America LLC products are inspected and tested before they leave the factory. If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of receipt, contact contact@cacoamerica.com for a free return and your choice of replacement or full refund.

1. Overview

Caco America LLC warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products purchased directly from Caco America LLC or from an authorized distributor or reseller.

2. Non-Electric Products

  • Coverage: For as long as the original consumer owns the product.
  • Remedy: At Caco America LLC’s discretion, the product will be repaired or replaced.

3. Electric Products

  • Coverage: One (1) year from the original date of purchase.
  • Remedy: At Caco America LLC’s discretion, the product will be repaired or replaced.

4. What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear or environmental exposure.
  • Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper application.
  • Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than Caco America LLC.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or channels.

5. Warranty Conditions

  • Applies only to products purchased from Caco America LLC or an authorized distributor/vendor/reseller.
  • Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service.
  • Coverage may vary by jurisdiction; see Legal Notice.

6. How to Start a Claim (Free Process)

  1. Email contact@cacoamerica.com with your order number, purchase date, product SKU, and a brief description of the issue. Photos or short video help speed things up.
  2. Our customer care team will validate eligibility and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
  3. Upon inspection, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund according to your choice and eligibility.

7. Remedies

The exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the defective product. Refunds are available within 30 days of receipt if initiated per the procedure above. Caco America LLC may use new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent parts or products for repairs or replacements.

8. Authorized Distributors & Resellers

To verify whether a seller is authorized, contact us. Purchases from unauthorized sources are not covered by this warranty.

Manufacturer warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as product use, point of purchase, or reseller status. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state or country.
