Since joining the family business in 1992, Joel has led the transformation of Caco Abbo Group from a regional trading company into a diversified multinational enterprise focused on consumer products, industrial supplies, automotive accessories, hardware, personal protective equipment (PPE), electrical products, and home improvement categories. Today, the Group supplies thousands of products through distributors, retailers, industrial suppliers, e-commerce platforms, and strategic partners across more than 38 countries.
Licensing Milestones with Global Brands
Widely recognized for his expertise in brand expansion, product innovation, and international commercialization, Joel has successfully negotiated and managed licensing partnerships with globally respected brands. Under his leadership, Caco Abbo Group became the exclusive licensee for General Electric (GE) Personal Protective Equipment across the Americas and the Caribbean and launched the first WD-40® brand license with the microfiber towel product program. These milestones reflect his ability to identify market opportunities, build scalable product platforms, and deliver sustainable growth for both licensors and retail partners.
